Service Description

During the consultation we will take a complete medical and lifestyle history. Since the words Ayu and Veda mean knowledge of life a consultation must lead to a better understanding of yourself and what suits your nature. It includes a process of assessment of your own nature and also of any problems you may have. Your current lifestyle and foods will also be discussed. After the consultation if you decide to embark on treatments Anna will design a bespoke health program using a multi model approach of diet, lifestyle, herbs as well as special cleansing treatments (if required). If you would like to discuss a health issue then you will need to book a consultation. You can either ring direct to make an appointment and pay at the time or you can book and pay online. Consultations are one hour and undertaken at either our practice room at Neals Yard Remedies in Manchester or at our home based Practice in Stretford. You will be asked to complete a questionnaire describing various aspects of your health beforehand.
