
HOW I WORK
Clinical & Therapeutic Bodywork
I work with pain, tension, stress and fatigue by supporting the nervous system, releasing chronic holding patterns and helping the body return to balance.
Sessions are tailored to what your body needs on the day. Some people come for clinical support with pain or long-term issues; others simply need deep rest, care and relaxation. Both are equally valid, and often overlap.
Clinical Bodywork
This work is suitable if you’re experiencing pain, restricted movement, chronic tension or fatigue.
I draw from a range of techniques including myofascial release, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, stretching and Ayurvedic bodywork. Sessions are responsive and clinically informed, not routine-based.
Therapeutic & Restorative Bodywork
These sessions are for nervous system support, stress relief and deep relaxation.
Treatment may include slower massage, rhythmic touch, warmth, oils and calming techniques to help the body feel safe, supported and restored. Many people come simply for care and rest.
